You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
Once you enroll and payment is confirmed, you will receive access to the purchased course or bundle.
Course access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login details is not allowed.
Some courses may require you to complete quizzes or assignments before receiving a certificate.
All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to update course fees at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
Refunds are only provided if you experience technical issues preventing course access that cannot be resolved by our support team.
Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of a course.
You must pass all required quizzes/assessments to qualify for certification.
All course materials (videos, PDFs, recipes, lessons) are owned by CC Culinary School.
You may not copy, resell, distribute, or reproduce course content without written permission.
Access to Telegram groups or other community spaces is a privilege, not a right.
Harassment, spamming, or sharing unrelated/illegal content is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to remove members who violate guidelines without refund.
While we strive to provide high-quality learning, results vary by individual.
We are not responsible for business outcomes, health issues, or losses resulting from use of our courses.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
You remain responsible for any outstanding fees prior to termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.
